Prepare a Detailed Buying Proposal that meets your goals


Once we understand your background, current situation, and long-term goals, we begin searching the market based on your unique criteria. Our thorough analysis includes studying market prices, and property availability, and aligning them with your investment objectives. We evaluate comparable properties, considering list prices, selling prices, and time on the market. Our findings are presented in a detailed Comparable Market Analysis report, showcasing properties similar to your desired type. With this information, we finalize a buying proposal that outlines the purchase price, renovation plans (if necessary), and proposed timeline. Within two business days of our meeting, you receive the completed buying proposal and CMA, which provide a clear strategy to achieve your goals within your budget, while ensuring a profitable investment.

Making an Offer


Once you find a property that meets your criteria, we will do whatever it takes to negotiate the best possible purchase price, while preventing you to overpay in a seller’s market. We will always have your long-term goals in mind as we prepare our negotiations to ensure that the property purchase price reflects rational decision-making and accurately supports the short- and long-term value of the property.
