When you decide to sell a house, your agent will typically take care of the marketing, showings, due diligence, and paperwork. You typically have to take care of de-cluttering, organizing, cleaning, staging, finding someone to do the repairs, finding painters, and dealing with inspection deficiencies. Then, once the offer is accepted with all conditions removed, you need to find a lawyer, get your moving boxes, find a moving truck, and deal with transferring or canceling utility and other provider accounts.   • De-cluttering your home - We will make sure that all boxes are labeled so that you can find everything once your home sells. 

  • Organizing - We will make sure that your cupboards, closets, and bookshelves are organized.

  • Repairs - We will complete any required repairs through our repairs and renovation credit. This includes any painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance, squeaky doors, broken hinges, and handles, windows, caulking-you name it, we'll fix it. 

  • Cleaning - We will make sure that your home is spotless - inside and out.

  • Staging - We will stage your home so that it appeals to the maximum number of buyers. Sometimes this means adding some flowers and décor items in certain rooms and other times it means bringing in new furniture. Whatever the case, we do whatever it takes to make your home shine and stand out among the rest. And our staging service is complimentary.

  • Free Home Inspection - We will inspect your home and provide you with a full inspection report, together with a one-year home warranty that is transferrable to the buyer. This is a free service included in your listing with us.

  • Legal Services - We have a list of very reputable legal firms with competitive fees who we work with. We will make sure that the lawyer receives all documents pertaining to your home sale and we will work with you and the lawyer until the home purchase closes.

  • Moving Boxes - We'll send over moving boxes for your move and find you a moving truck if required.

  • Utilities - We'll provide you with a complete checklist with the phone numbers or website links that you need to make sure that all your utility and service provider accounts are closed or transferred to your new home.
